To make a Siam Utility District bill payment (even if you have not registered):

·       Go to siamwater.viewmybill.net (or call 855-483-5729 with company ID 3764311 and your account number.)

·       Under the Unregistered Users heading, click where it says “Click Here to pay your bill.”

·       This will take you to the SOFTtelPay payment system where you will enter your account number, payment amount, and credit card information.

MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026:  LEAK ON H HEATON THAT IS AFFECTING THE AREAS OF OLLIE COLLINS RD, GARRISON HOLLOW RD, H HEATON RD, LANDON FORD RD, CECIL VANHUSS, SOME PARTS OF SIAM ROAD AND OLD CHARITY HILL RD.

***Customer Tip:  Before turning water on inside your home after a water leak, fully open an outside faucet (spigot or hose bib).***

• This allows air, dirt, and debris to flush out of the line
• Helps prevent sediment from clogging indoor fixtures and appliances

 

Reminder:  Water bills are due for payment on the 20th of each month

Disconnect for non-payment is on the 5th of each month at 8am.  A $40.00 disconnect fee will be added to water bills.

Tampering with meters and meter boxes are prohibited.  Please call Siam Utility if assistance is needed with meters.

 

Leak Adjustment:  The first 17,500 gallons of the leak are the customers responsibility.  After the first 17,500 gallons, Siam Utility will adjust water bills with proof of fixed leak, request and Board approval.  No adjustments will be given until Board approval is granted.

This rate adjustment is necessary due to:

-Increased operational and maintenance costs

-Infrastructure upgrade and system improvements

-Regulatory compliance requirements

-Rising energy, treatment, and supply costs

-Capital improvement projects to maintain safe and reliable service

Water minimum charge

Current rate:  2,500 gallons or less

New rate:  1,500 gallons or less

 

Debt Fee $15.00(fixed amount)

Taxes will be applied as normal
